We offer a comprehensive perspective from auditors, technologists, biotechnologists, chemists, geochemists, geologists, hydrogeologists, civil engineers and persons authorized or professionally competent in individual fields. 

Knowledge of legislation and law

We are well versed  with the legal regulations and requirements of the Czech Republic, the European Union and other international organizations, as well as the standards required by the EBRD and the World Bank (WB).

Audits

We carry out detailed audits in accordance with the requirements of applicable Czech legislation, e.g. environmental audits for the needs of subsidy titles of the Ministry of Industry and Trade or the Ministry for Regional Development, as well as audits according to the requirements of the EBRD and the World Bank in the field of environmental protection, occupational safety and health (OSH), sustainability (ESG), fire protection and social impact. 

Documentation and assessments

We prepare EIA documentation and assessments and assessments evaluating the impact of buildings and technologies on the environment according to the Czech Act No. 100/2001 Coll. We prepare ESIA documentation (environmental and social impact) and according to international standards (EBRD, World Bank). 

Studies

We prepare noise studies for stationary and linear noise sources for building permits (e.g. noise studies for heat pumps). We prepare dispersion studies of air pollution sources. We process biological surveys, evaluation and assessment of interference with the natural development of specially protected animals and public health impact assessment for the purposes of EIA. 

Analyses and risk assessments

We provide comprehensive analyses of environmental and health risks for contaminated sites in accordance with the methodology of the Ministry of the Environment. We also assess risks and prepare detailed reports in accordance with Act No. 167/2008 Coll. on the prevention and remediation of environmental damage.

Operating regulations and flood plans

Based on the construction, material, layout, and purpose of the technical equipment, we prepare operating regulations and an emergency plan to protect water from contamination by hazardous substances. Additionally, we develop flood plans to manage flood risks.

  • In the implementation of integrated management systems (QMS + EMS + OHSAS) or separated management systems for quality (according to ISO 9001), environment (according to ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (according to ISO 45001). 

  • When obtaining an integrated permit (IPPC), including the preparation of the application for an integrated permit and the preparation of a basic report by a professionally qualified person in the field of geochemistry, hydrogeology and remediation geology. 

  • In the processing applications for waste management permits, including the preparation of operating rules.

  • In the assessment of the risks and impacts of climate change. We propose appropriate adaptation measures, adaptation plans and strategies, particularly in the areas of natural risk management, sustainable construction and water management.
