Cleaning of tanks and technological units

We provide assembly work, maintenance, and cleaning of storage and operational tanks, pipelines, and technological units in the petrochemical, chemical, and other industries.

Manual, mechanical, and no-entry cleaning

We perform cleaning of all types of contamination manually, mechanically, or using innovative no-entry technology, ensuring safe execution of work in hazardous environments with guaranteed maximum decontamination efficiency.

Installation and service in challenging conditions

We perform installation and service activities in demanding work environments, such as confined spaces, at heights, in ATEX zones, and in non-breathable atmospheres, using respiratory protection and other specialized equipment.

Handling of hazardous substances and waste

We provide a comprehensive service in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll. of the Czech law. We transport the waste following the ADR regulations, and we dispose of it in an eco-friendly manner at appropriate facilities such as wastewater treatment plants and hazardous waste incinerators. We also take care of complete documentation.

Leakage testing of pipes and tanks

We conduct leakage tests for tanks, pipelines, and other equipment containing hazardous substances in accordance with Act No. 254/2001 Coll. of the Czech law on Water and relevant ČSN standards. The tests are performed by a professionally qualified person certified in the LT method according to the ISO 9712 regulation.

Blasting and sandblasting of surfaces with high-pressure water

We remove old coatings from concrete and steel structures using high-pressure water equipment, with the option of connecting sandblasting technology (e.g., prior to applying new protective coatings).

Steam cleaning of surfaces

We remove graffiti, chewing gum, and other hard-to-remove contaminants using a medium-pressure steam generator, ensuring thorough cleaning without surface damage and with minimal use of chemical agents.

We prepare tailor-made solutions for each project

We specialize in cleaning and technical work in hazardous environments. Among other tasks, we handle the identification and safe removal of chemical substances of unknown origin in unused production facilities and former industrial sites.

Technical work in explosion-hazard environments

We carry out work in environments with the risk of explosive, toxic, or otherwise hazardous atmospheres. This typically includes disassembly, assembly, and cleaning of technology components from petroleum residues, their mixtures with water, and other hazardous substances.

We provide the assistance of the JPO Dekonta unit during activities with increased fire risk.
We perform continuous monitoring of explosiveness and harmful substance levels in the air using gas detectors.
We are equipped with breathing apparatus, non-sparking hand tools, and other ATEX-certified equipment for work in Ex zones, such as personal and portable lights, ventilators, and pneumatic cutting and drilling tools.

We clean tanks with a capacity of up to 125,000 m³

We are capable of efficiently cleaning and maintaining large-capacity technologies. Our servicing work helps extend the lifespan of tanks and optimize their performance.
